【英语口语】和“工作”有关的短语

　　“Work”一词，想必大家并不陌生，不过对于“work”的用法和词组搭配，很多人还不是很了解，今天我们就来学习一些含有“work”的英文表达。

　　1. dirty work 必须要做的但很无聊或很难的工作;吃力不讨好的工作

　　例句：He did the dirty work on that project.

　　他在那个项目中做的是吃力不讨好的活儿。

　　2. get down to work 开始做重要的事情;完成重要的任务

　　例句：Sorry, I've got to get off the phone and get down to work.

　　对不起，我必须放下电话开始工作了。

　　3. make short work of something 很快完成

　　例句：I made short work of the assignment and moved on to the next job.

　　我很快地就完成了任务开始下一项工作了。

　　4. work like a horse 辛勤工作，非常努力的工作

　　例如：He works like a horse!

　　5. work out for the best 最后完成得很好
