【背景常识】
学历重要指高中以上学历，内容包括学校名称、学习时间、所学专业、所获学位等，必要时也可列举有关课程跟考试成绩。有博士和硕士学位的人，能够省去高中学历。
一个人的学历可以给雇主供应理解应聘者的智力、思考力、判断力和个性的根据。
依序笔试顺序分为初试、复试跟综合评定三步。初试的目的在于从众多的求职者中筛选出较好的人选，个别由人事部分主持，主要考核求职者的仪表风度、工作态度、进取心、任务感与机灵性，将明显不合格的人予以淘汰。初试合格者则进入复试，复试一般由用人局部主管主持，多以考察专业知识和才干为主，衡量求职者是否适合工作岗位。
