　（１）　should 跟ought to 都为"应该"的意思，可用于各种人称。零基础英语语法例句：

　　　　---Ought he to go?
---Yes. I think he ought to.
表示要求，命令时，语气由 should（应当）、had better最好）、must（必须）渐强。

　（２）　only if表现"只有"；if only则表示"如果……就好了"。If only也可用于陈述语气。零基础英语语法比较下面例句之间的区别：

　　　　I wake up only if the alarm clock rings. 只有闹钟响了，我才会醒。

　　　　If only the alarm clock had rung.　　　当时闹钟响了，就好了。
