Thanks Jessie for her patient teaching. I'm beginning to expect every Tuesday and Thursday, and feel the time was gone so fast in class. Actually, I am very confused where should go up and where should go down, special in Lesson 3. I think I should take more time in listening and reading.

I am confused about the using of some vocabularies concerning food and drinks, Such as a) braised/stewed/simmered,b) roasted/grilled and c) boil/poach, what is the different in English ?
