First of all, i did not got the key point of the topic 'stages of life', i told more detail of myself of every stages instead of the general discription of 'stages of life', i think this costed wast of time.I think i need one or two more times of this classes to get used to with this training way. I feel 20 mins one time for this class was too short that i felt just began but gone to the end yet. So if we can merge two classes next time and have 40 mins one time will be good.
