今天的听力我没有完全听懂，可能也源于我今天比较累，但我会努力的！

It seems that I do not know the mechanics of pronunciation and liaison. I need slow and clear instruction.I need to practise and find the feeling to speak like the natives.

I can only say my own English, not the English of the natives.So I can not make myself understood by them.I should speak the real English.It needs a lot of presentation.

i think my reading is done not well. and i should do more reading.

And I suggest that you can set an company trip as benifit. China should be the first choice at the beginning.~ WOW I hope you can see this~ HAHA
