i feel oneself lack

上班又学习有点累啊，就算有时间也想玩，想放松一下。所以课后东西没怎么消化，进步不明显，上课也没有当初积极了。这种情况是自己造成的，所以今后我会多花时间来听录音，会反复对比，激励自己。

很多单词我都是知道的，但是要说的时候就想不起来用了，说完以后仔细想想又能想起来了，觉得这样说更好，但是当时要说的那一刻真的就想不起来了。（希望能反映给外教）
