通话效果不是很好，不是太能听清楚，除了一些需要解释的语法内容之外，请老师尽量用英文交流，引导我听说。希望后续可以把进度拉快一些，然后给我一些课后的拓展练习来巩固上课内容。否则上完课我就放下了。本人是一个需要严厉督促滴人，辛苦老师啦！谢谢老师！

Thanks your class today. I oral English is still not good.Maybe sometimes, What I said can't express my thought clearly. In China,medical inssurance is open to country people just for several years. Although the portion of governmant for countryside people is less than people in city, they are all satisfied for this policy. HAHA, Chinese countryside people is easily to satisfied.
