Kristine is a very nice teacher and I learnt lots of good sentence, such as"please give me just a second; sure,take your time. It's very useful.

Although I got sick today,I tried to focus on study.I also learn some skills in dealing with company problems.

I don't know why the skype had a bad conncetion these days.I hope next time will be better.And I really appreciate Cheska's encouragement.
