hi,Monica: I have a confusion about(during?) study English. WHen I write English,I'll pay attention to grammar and tense. Career Manager Is a Stressful Job Career manager is a stressful job. They have to concentrate on the jobs during the whole day. There are meetings that need their input or decision; their bosses come to check their performance and they need to cope with; there are work disputes need their judgments; there are working lunch and dinner need to keep touch with employees and customers; there are commercial activities need them to give speech…… even at night and on weekends they have to entertain customers and strategic partners! They have to be an insider of their business, have to understand how the company operating. They will sign contracts, bills to pay with the companies money. They have to decide the investment direction. They have to be very good at communication and of course have to have a strong body to dedicate themselves into the job!
