I still learning how to call or answer phone. There has some different in formal or informal place. If i were in office,i should say greeting sentences and say company's name and my name and offer help. But if i were at home, i can say it informaly.I learned when i answer phone at home i can say:"This is she."It is realy interesting,i've never see it before.

Not so much improvement,i need practice and practice.Sometimes I do not how to prepare the lesson,i do not know what to say and I tend to use easier sentences.

i forget to write comments on our class.how i wish i could speak as my teacher does.Candy has a good voice.LOL.
