大量苹果手机自动关机引消费者不满 原因还未查明

The Chinese Consumer Association is asking Apple to investigate reports from users that say their iPhones shut off and can't be turned back on.

The CCA added a considerable number of reports have come in from consumers with the iPhone 6 and 6s models. For some consumers, the phones shut off automatically, despite having battery power.

A statement from the association noted the involuntary shutdowns occurred at room temperature or in colder environments. But the inability to turn the phone back on, despite continuous charging, is still a mystery.
